Ketamine Group Meditation
Starting January 2026, we invite you to join our monthly Ketamine-Assisted Meditation Group. Sessions take place on the second Thursday of each month from 6:00–7:30 PM at Synaptic Institute. This group is designed to offer a supportive, structured space for deepening mindfulness, exploring inner awareness, and building community.
This offering is designed to help participants cultivate a meaningful meditation practice and a sense of community, all in support of personal growth and emotional resilience.
Meditation itself requires no substances. However, in a fast-paced culture where slowing down can feel difficult, low-dose ketamine may help quiet mental resistance and allow both new and experienced meditators to access deeper states of mindfulness with greater ease.
Our intention is for participants to experience a grounded, inner sense of “home” during these sessions—an experience that can inspire an ongoing mindfulness practice long after the medicine is gone.
